kernel32.dll Infected?

I have a Windows machine that is used mostly for Audio files and backup. I was running the usual weekly maintenance and everything was fine until I ran AVG - that found File - kernell32.dll Result/Infection - Change Path - C://Windows\system32\kernel32.dll
At the end of the scan it says no infection found?
And the computer is working fine!
Is this something I should be concerned about? - (googling/own knowledge tells me this is a process I want to keep working properly!) Ps - I apologise if this is a ridiculous query and have wasted forum space/time. I just like to keep on top of any problems with my machines.
