Help. Computer Hacked.

My com slowed down after I tried to install some downloaded keygen, and when nothing happens when I double-clicked it, and the file can't e deleted, I know I had got some spyware or something.

Problems faced:

1) Every time i started the computer, My anti-virus WILL detect a trojan horse named a.bat, and a risk called "W32.spybot.worm", with the filename "fireexplore.exe". Everytime my antivirus will indicate that they have successfully quarantined "a.bat" and removed "W32.spybot.worm".

2) Sometimes when using MSN messenger, I couldn't send messages and this error msg showed: "The following message could not be delivered because you have exceeded the maximum number of messages per minute. Please try again later."

3) Computer and internet slowed down, sometimes significantly.

Install Ad-aware and Spybot, and run them. That should remove the spyware. As for your MSN-problem, I don't know. Might be related to the spyware. I have never recieved or heard of that message myself..

I have done that, but the same results from my symantec anti-virus keeps detecting the same things.

How about installing AVG - AntiSpyware and Avast Virus Cleaner and A-Squared free? Ccleaner as well to clean up some clutter. If you can live without the Symantec you might want to consider switching over to AVG Anti-Virus or ClamWin Anti-Virus - they may be able to solve the problem and they are free.

Footnote. You may want to wait for one of the sites Spyware Experts to answer your thread before doing anything drastic(like removing Norton).
