This is a two part contest:
The FIRST part of the contest is: Come up with the best fundraising method and contest to get AN AUSTRALIAN (any Australian) to IC LAN 08. The criteria is: It must be fun, it must be fair, feasible, and most of all - HILARIOUS.
So everybody submit an entry - design the best contest to pick a random Aussie as well as the method to get the funds to get him/her here.
The winner of the contest design contest will get some prize. I don't know yet, but it will be cool.
Part TWO of the contest will be the contest that the winner of the first contest creates. Get it?
PM your entries to me. A secret cabal will pick the winner in a couple of weeks or so.
