Toolbar suggestion

I have a suggestion. I'm not sure if it's possible, but I think it would be really cool if the forum toolbar (the one that starts with 'User CP' and ends with 'Log Out') could appear at the bottom of the forum as well as at the top, similar to the way the 'breadcrumbs' appear in both places.

    Hmm... Maybe celebration is too early... When I click on New Posts in the toolbar, it just takes me to the top of the current page ???

    Quick Links at the bottom has no drop down (in IE7) and just takes me to the top of the topic/thread.

    'New Posts' is fixt, 'Quick Links' is still broke, as Ryder says.

    FWIW, the Quick Links are busted in both, and I don't think it's the browsers' fault. It's something in the template, but I can't commit more time to this today.
