IBM microdrive vs standard compact flash?

Title pretty much says it all. What would you suggest? I've found a 1gig microdrive for $160 and 512mb cf for $95. Are there any concerns with data loss from jostling the microdrive? This would be for use in a pda.

    Microdrive is Type II CF and Flash is Type I. Make sure it is compatible first (CF Type II slots have a bit cut out above them). As Microdrives are miniture hard drives they use more power, are slower and are more prone to damage....
