    Why didn't you just cancel the order?

    They could not have had it shipped, as you ordered after any courier's shipping hours.

    //EDIT:

    You didn't accidentally order it...You didn't even READ.

    It had PURPOSE, Mister Gnomewizardd.

    Are they making you pay a restocking fee, or chalking it up to "incompatability issues" and giving a full refund?

    I'm pretty sure newegg claims somewhere on their site that they aren't responsible for incompatibility issues. Something about them not being technicians, just resellers.

    Yeah, but when my Corsair RAM was bad (and yes I had 4 bad sticks in a row) they let me return both the last bad stick and the 1 good stick they sent and get a full refund because of "incompatability issues." That's when I purchased my Kingston. NewEgg is a class-act!
