TightVNC over Hamachi

I just can't seem to figure this out, I have ports 5800 and 5900 forwarded on my router for my home computers internally assigned IP. I have Hamachi connected between the two computers.... I have TightVNC server running on my home computer and am using TightVNC viewer to try and connect to my home computer from work.... but it won't ever connect.

What am I doing wrong? I am currently using XP's built in Remote Desktop application to check the settings on my home computer, so I know it's online. Any ideas?
