video / audio failure

This hardware configuration has stopped working after i formatted and tried to reinstall everything:

all in wonder radeon 9800 pro
P4 2.4 ghz
512MB RDRAM
SB Audgy Gamer
Win XP home

When I formatted I first installed DX9.0b, then I installed the radeon software suite and video drivers. I then installed the latest SB audigy drivers.

I go to run call of duty, kicks to desktop when I fire my rifle.

I download the 3.9 drivers from ati, it goes a bit further in call of duty then locks up.

I'm not sure where to go from here, what should I do?

    Solution: "Fix" which is actually a new driver. Download
