7.1 speaker system

I am trying to find a 7.1 speaker system but I can only find 5.1's everywheres I looked, is there any 7.1 speaker system available and if so what are they and where can I get them.

    I don't know about any 7.1 systems but the Logitech Z5500's I have are a great sound choice for your new computer, Bone. The Klipch Promedia 5.1's are supposed to be great too. I see no need for a 7.1 speaker system after having my Z5500 speaker system.

    yeah I think I will just get 5.1, I found some 7.1's around but thier like 700 bucks.... and I can get good quality 5.1's for like 150 bucks.

    Got a 7.1 system here and so few things support it it is effectively a 5.1 system. didn't cost near 700 dollars though got it from the UK arm of tiger direct for 25 quid. open box stock it does rock when you get a DVD that uses all speakers though.:bigggrin:
