Bitcomet problems and network sharing

alright the problem I am having is when I try to use bitcomet It says I do not have enough half-open tcp connection ports, It is currently at 10 (which I guess is default) and I do not know what it should be at.

so if no one knows how to fix that the only other solution is that I use my other computer for downloading because bitcomet works flawlessly on that, but I don't know if it is possible. the reason why is because that computer is not connected to the router wirelessly, it is connected by a ethernet cord.

is there a way I can still send files from that computer to this computer or does the other computer have to have a wireless card to do it, if that is the case I do have a usb thing that acts as a wireless card that I can use. but I am still unsure how to share files between the computers.

Forward the ports on your router to your PC, and configure the client to use the same ports.
