Hotmail account compromised!!!!!!!

Firstly, Hi to all on the forum, and what a great place this is. I only registered an hour ago and feel this is a great place to help and be helped too.
Now, today I signed into my ebay account and to my dismay, discovered that someone was using my sign in details to buy stuff, not only that, they were also using my Paypal account.
I was done out of around £600, so the credit card company and bank have been informed and investigations are underway.
But that wont do for me. I use Norton internet security and it didnt seem to pick anything up. My email (hotmail) account was also hijacked, now I cant sign in. I reckon this is the path the bassa took to get the rest of my private details.
I ran prevx through my system today and it found something like MSNMGR, please excuse the bad definition, Im new to all this.
It said it had been removed, but as you can understand I am a little scared to do anything on my Pc without double checking first.
I have ran HJT and have a log. I would be very greatful if on of the experts on here could give it a run over and give me a nod as to any harmful files etc.

Hello.

I can't see anything of significant concern in your HijackThis log, but just fix these before restarting your computer:
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = file://C:\APPS\IE\offline\uk.htm
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = \blank.htm


Then download MsnCleaner_eng.zip from here, but don't use it yet.

(Copy/Paste the URL into the address bar or use "Save Target As")

• Now reboot into Safe Mode
• Double-click MsnCleaner_eng.exe to run it.
• Click the Analyze button.
• A report will be created once after you finish scan.
• If it finds an infection, click the Deleted button.
• Now, please reboot back to normal mode.
• Please post the contents of C:\MsnCleaner.txt in a reply to this post.

Done as you said chiaz, up to the point where I need to run MsnCleaner_eng.exe, but when I attempt to open the file windows says the file is corrupt.

Still the file is corrupt, is there another method I can use here.

Do you use a download accelerator/web optimizer? That could affect the file integrity. If you are using one, try disabling it.

I'll try to see if there are any alternatives.
