I currently have 2gb of ddr2 ram running at 667 mhz, now ultra nexus said in another thread
if it does 667Mhz at CAS 4-4-4-12 I bet It can do 800Mhz @ 5-5-5-15 with no problem at all!

how do I go about doing that, I have never overclocked ram before.

yes, and after taking a look in the bios I am thinking it is not going to be possible.. ugggg.

however there was an option in bios to allow software to overclock the cpu, is there any good software your aware of for overclocking my processor?

You bought a Dell. You can't overclock anything.

what about that software overclock thing I mentioned or am I still SOL...

in the future if I bought a new mobo, I can just take all the parts out of the comp now and put it in a new case correct?

There really aren't any good software overclockers.

    To your second question: Yes.

Does your BIOS lets you increase the FSB? If so, its currently at 266Mhz? Do you know what chipset does your motherboard have?
