Virus removal as a home business..?

Hi,

I heard of a guy who started a small business zapping viruses, and the thing about it is that he did this from his laptop. What I need to know is how can one do this.

How can a guy/lady have a program on their laptop and connect to another computer to find and destroy a virus??

There are remote control software available.
Logmein
UltraVNC

XP also have a Remote Assistance component.

My Uncle has a program like this that he can connect to my grandma's computer and do stuff for her, even though he lives across the country. It's pretty cool.
