I was wondering if you think I should add another gig of ram too my current 2gbs of ram at 667mhz, or would I get a better boost by getting rid of the 2gb of 667mhz and replacing it with 2gb of 800 mhz ram.

Bone,
Putting 800 MHz ram in the Dell, unless the manual says it supports DDR2-800, will only have the ram run DDR2-667 just like it does now.
In my experience with most Dell models (there are some overclockable ones, now) even 800 MHz ram runs DDr2-667, it is locked in the bios.
