Lsass.exe Virus on my PC

I downloaded a program and it was the Lsass.exe virus. It was first put into my local\temp folder, so i went to safemode and deleted that. Then it is also in the windows\config folder.
ALso when i first restart, right after i installed it, i got the blue screen and it said it was dumping physical memory so i quickly pulled the power from the PSU.

I did a spybot scan and it shows that my windows firewall was disabled, three item, the same name but different registry files. I fixed those but they are back. I woke up the next day and the AVG icon is in the "needs attention" color. It says my updates are not working. I also deleted it with HJT but it came back. I could not delete the windows/config/lsass.exe
