Email Form Please Help!

Ok im looking to make an email form that i can put on my site.

when a visitor sees it all they have to do is type a subject and a message and click send......... i want it to already be set to go to my email address....

so its just 2 boxes (subject, message), and a send button


ive searched and searched but i cannot figure this out..... can someone please help me?

    You sure? I just took a Dreamweaver class and I can send you the HTML necessary to have a form that emails you the results.... Let me know if you need it.

    Well I was able to find a form, but It didn't work how I wanted it to.

    so if you can give me the HTML for it, I would be very thankful :D

    I think its sweet that you took a Dreamweaver class. Was it like a college course or online or something?

    because I have dreamweaver but im not that good with it lol.

    I took a 2-day course through a training company. My work paid for it... OK, let me grab my laptop and get a form set up. What fields do you want?

    Thats cool, free dreamweaver class. That would be nice lol.

    well I as thinking just like a field for their e-mail and a field for the subject and a field for their message.....

    I hope thats what you meant, im not the best at this stuff:)

    OK... I generated the code and realized that all I was doing was making a web form that would email you fields with their response via the submitters own email client. You need some scripts that will generate an email off of the server and not through the users email. :(

    lol Its not that important anyways, I was just trying to add stuff, stuff that noone would probably use anyways lol.
