Wireless Drop-out

Basically I'm experiencing a problem with the Wireless connection to my PC - The connection simply drops out at random intervals, meaning the wireless has to reconnect completely

I have checked the router and there is definitely no difference to any of the indication lights when it decided to give up  I have tried using Windows to manage the Wireless Card, and also the packaged Software. This has only started to happen recently since I switched ISP's (Too a lesser one I would say). It doesn't bother me but I would imagine it annoys everyone else when I keep logging on and off IRC etc. :sad2:

My hardware :
- Belkin 802.11 Wireless Card
- USRobotics 9106 Broadband Router

How strong is the signal when it is connected?
How far is the system from the router?
Have you tried a high-gain antennae?

It is always at near full signal (between max and one below) and is in a room opposite the router itself. I already use a High-Gain Antenna as this was recommended to me before the problem occurred.
