Pls help... loveauto.vbs???

Hi guys .. nd gals...
umm im new here but i have a really annoying i think virus in my computer.
I used to have a few files called loveauto.vbs/.reg & a few others that were related to that. I have used my trend micro pc cilin internet security 2007 to eliminate those files. However, now when i try to double click my C:/ drive it has an error saying " cannot find script file "C:\loveauto.vbs" ". This prevents me from accessing my hardrive from my computer. But i can use any window and type in the address bar "C:\" and it allows me to access my drive that way so can someone pls help me eliminate this problem.
Many thanks in advance

Cheers

    Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

    Hmm...ok.

Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and uninstall the following:
    AntiSpywareBot

Reboot even if not prompted. Then navigate to and delete the following folder if it still exists:
    C:\Program Files\AntiSpywareBot\

    Download and run CCleaner now.
    http://www.ccleaner.com/download

Go to the "Registry" tab, and press "Scan for Issues".

After the scan is complete, press "Fix selected issues".

When prompted, make a backup to the registry.

Then go on to fix all the selected issues, and press Close.
