WTB ASUS A8N-SLI Premium 939/other 939 mobo

I'm interested in buying this if anybody has one they aren't using by any chance.
I'm actually not sure if this is exactly what I want yet (I've read a lot of bad reviews on it..along with some good ones). I'm looking for a good 939 mobo that has SATA2 (3gb/s) and no nb fan. If anybody has something like that, please let me know :)

    I've got an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe I'm currently offering to a friend of mine. I'll check with him and see what the deal is, but you can drop me a line if you're interested and I'll figure something out.
