Good $100+\- card

Looking for a PCI-E card at the $100 range for gaming(budget gaming), I haven't kept up with what's good and whatnot so I'm asking you guys for help.

The thing I have not determined is if I want to play Crisis or not, so I don't know if I am getting Vista at this time. I suppose if $150 won't buy me a card that can even play it nicely on DX10, then I won't bother until I can upgrade later down the road.

Ati currently owns the ultra low end in both price and preformance.

Any suggestions for a card between $100 and $130?

    $150 won't buy you a card that'll play Crysis. That's $300 territory.

OK fine. But what is the best card between $100 and $130. I'd like to buy one in the next week. I'll probably be over clocking it a bit, but nothing extreme.

From what I've read of the required specs so far, they're making it possible to play on lower end cards...here's the list of specs:

edit: I know they're not official, but are estimates. I've heard that you'll need the sun to power your video card to play this game, but I doubt anyone will actually play it if thats the case...

Edited edit: Ok, apparently the incrysis wiki has some stuff up over here: http://www.incrysis.com/wiki/index.php/Crysis_System_Requirements
