Problems with Hotmail and possible virus
Dear Support Team,
I wonder if you can help with an issue relating to my outlook email address and communication with hotmail email addresses.
Here is the problem I run a website that whereby e a Newsletter request form which can be requested by visitors putting in their name and email address. That message is then sent to my Outlook email which then using a rule automatically semds out the newsletter to them. It is not spam and is only snet to those requesting it.
However in the last week any email request are being returned undelivered with the following error message
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<newsletter@schoolappeals.com> SIZE=24994:
host mx3.hotmail.com [65.54.244.200]: 550 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Microsoft has determined that e-mail or other activity originating from your IP appears to violate Microsoft's Anti-Spam Policy and/or the Terms of Use for Microsoft's Windows Live Hotmail service. The likely cause is a compromised or virus infected server/personal computer. To prevent further inappropriate use of Microsoft's property and services, Windows Live Hotmail has blocked communication from your IP to our inbound mail servers. To begin proactive monitoring of an IP range using Windows Live Hotmail data, please go to http://postmaster.hotmail.com/snds to access the Smart Network Data Services (SNDS).
This means that nobody from a hotmail email address can request the nesletter.
I do not think the file/ message that is being sent out has a virus. I t gets to my company firewall whic has a massive firewall and is received. I wonder if you could suggest other problems.
Here is my Hijack log

Other factors that might have an impact
- windows Live hotmail has recently come in
- just before this happened I had a number of automatic Microsoft downloads
- I onlyhave an old virus protection programme.
It is very important for me to be able to be able to communicate with hotmail addresses from my website email address.
I would be grateful for any advice.
Many thanks
