Web-illiterate jurors in recent RIAA trial

From Ted "It's a series of tubes" Stevens, to Jack Thompson, to the jurors in Jamie Thomas' trial with the RIAA, it seems there's no end to internetarded WASPs who are in positions of consequence. Shouldn't a jury of peers at least have the basic capacity to understand the events actually transpiring?

The individual in question, identified by Michael Hegg, said he "Wanted to send a message" about the consequences of file sharing. Unfortunately, he's never been on the internet in his life.

Go figure.

I'm sure they avoided the issue and treated it as a property rights case. Sort of like what happened to Rowlings. However, I'm also sure that there was some premeditation involved in the jury selection.
