QURB PROBLEM

I've had an email sorting program caled QURB on my computers for over 3 years and love it, up till now. It has been on my pc since the begining and did the updates QURB offered. Latley though it has not been sorting the "unapproved" emails to the qurb folder. All email is going into my inbox. When you highlight an email, then click "BLOCK", it should be moved to the qurb folder, this is not working. I recently reprogramed my laptop and reinstalled qurb and it works as it should. I have NOT done any updates.
This should also be noted: Qurb was bought out by CA inc. :sad2: CA now has a seperate program to do what Qurb did. I suspect CA somehow F'd up my Qurb and wants $20 for a tech support call. NO, you cant write to them:mad: Any other simular stories?:D
