Need Help: infected with networn i-virus and security update 7.1

Here is whats happening on my computer

- a pop up baloon shows in the taskbar that says Networm-i.Virus@fp
- a pop up windows shows Internet explorer alert, Security warning: New variant of spybot@Mxt, and spyware.cyberlog-x
- internet explorer is installed with security toolbar 7.1. It changes my homepage and cannot uninstall
- shortcut icons like online security guide and live safety center shows on my desktop

i tried to used avg security update and norton antivirus but still can't remove
i also tried the SmitfraudFix but still nothing happens

Please download the ComboFix by sUBs:

NOTE: In the event you already have ComboFix, this is a new version that you have to download.

• Save it to your desktop.
• Double-click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
• When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Copy and paste the contents of the log in your next reply.

CAUTION:
Please do NOT mouse-click ComboFix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
Also, please do NOT adjust your time format while ComboFix is running.
