HELP, MY LAPTOP WONT TURN ON!!!

Hello My Name Is Hector And I Have A Compaq Aramada It's An Older Model Of The M700 Series, I Was On The Laptop A Few Hours Ago And Everything Seemed Fine, I Shut Down The Laptop And Now When I Try To Turn It On It Wont I Tryed To Plug It Into The Ac Adapter And The Battery Charge Light Does Not Come On Nor Any Other Lights, I'v Also Tryed Removeing The Battery Putting It Back In And Pluging It In Different Outlets In My House But Nothing Happens, Could Some Please Tell Me Whats Going On With My Laptop.     You contact the manufacturer for warranty repair; if it's not covered under warranty, you have two options:

    1) Send it in for an estimate.
    2) Get a new one.
