    what bios version are you using ?

    you could try resetting the cmos RTC check your manual on how to do this .

    are you overclcocking ?

    Bad mobo works . Now product key problem. got the .iso opened and loaded my wholesale xp pro waiting for the vendor to provide my key.

    my honest optinion of this board is its crap im on my second board same model and im having a few issues myself if i was you i would consider getting a new board but different model .

    something that doesnt use an nforce chipset
