Email filter QURB spam

I use just Outlook Express for my email. I've had a program called QURB as a email spam filter. QURB created an additional folder called qurb. Any emails not "approved" would go into my qurb folder thereby NOT filling up my "inbox" folder. Recently I am having issues with my Qurb program. It stopped filtering emails. EVERYTHING is going into my inbox. Uninstalling and re-installing did not help. And the QURB company was bought out by Computer Assoc and they wont give any support for an "outdated" program.
I like the way QURB would work and give me the option to review what went into the qurb folder at a later time.
Does anyone know of a spam filter program that would work just like QURB?
