RAID RAID GO AWAY
hi guys,
much appreciated if anyone can help me out..
i just bought a CFI-B4043ER 4 bay enclosure. i've filled it with 4 Samsung 500GB HDDs. I'm running a single eSATA cable from the enclosure to a FIRMTEK 1SM2 Cardbus PCMCIA card plugged into my HP 8710w laptop. I am trying to run the SATARAID5 software to configure the drives into a RAID 10 set, but the message i'm receiving before the software even starts is that "Silicon Image RAID controllers are not detected in the system..."
am i missing something??
