RAID AP-1680 ATA 133 IDE Raid

Hope you guys can help. I have the above RAID. Its as a set 2 X 80 gig making the RAID drive. I was formatting a SD card and God knows how clicked the RAID drive and then format. The window came up and I selected Quick format then the next window warning u then I clicked Start. I suddenly realised and cancelled it. It was running for 2 seconds if that before I cancelled it but It now says it needs formatting. Is there anyway I can recover the stuff on there? There are photos and alsorts of stuff that I really dont want to lose. Thanks for your help.

    Just to add to the above. I think my RAID set is Stripped if that makes any difference. I really do need some help if anyone is willing. Thanks

    not that im aware of i think theres maybe some software to recover data but im not too sure .
