Desktop Hijacked. Do not have web tab in desktop settings.

I have read through the threads looking for a solution to this problem, but I do not have the proper tabs located in my desktop options. The only tab available when I right click the desktop, go to properties and then desktop, is the general tab. There is no web tab available. Right now the active desktop recovery is displayed as my background, but underneath it is the red box warning stating that my computer is in danger. Below is my hijackthis log:

Normally this is a result of your computer crashing and your active desktop comes back basically in safe mode.

Now as for you log you've got a lot of bad stuff in there. C:\WINNT\system32\libagjfo.exe
    C:\WINNT\system32\bcdheeld.exe
    C:\WINNT\system32\dopesl.exe
    C:\WINNT\System32\npkhyuat.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [cvddchkd] KB63079771.exe
    O23 - Service: DomainService - - C:\WINNT\System32\npkhyuat.exe

    These *MAY* be bad

Your computers a mess. Some of those may be fixable but I wouldn't trust your computer to go online and get the tools. If you're DNS servers are hijacked who knows where you'll end up going of you go looking for software.

Thank you for your help. I'll try to get those problems you noted fixed. When getting online, my computer has been doing just fine. I haven't been redirected to any other sites except the sites I originally set out to go to. Again, thank you.
