Trojan, Malware...the Usual Suspects

Hey there and thanks in advance for helping out. Quite embarrassed to be needing such help, I'm usually very good on my web security, but this latest batch has me stumped. I'm getting the flashing yellow caution triangle on my taskbar warning of three things intermittently: "Trojan-Spy.win32@mx", "networm-i.virus@fp" and "PSW.x-vir." I have tried following steps from other related threads: even turning off system restore, safe-mode virus removal including the online scanners you suggest, and all to no effect. Here's the latest HJT log, the SmitFraudFix is beneath.

As an addendum, is seems that after 15 minutes of operation explorer simply dies. I've lost all my desktop icons and the only thing i have are the items that were open before explorer crashed i.e. firefox (obviously) and AIM. It also seems that the memory usage for my various processes have taken a nice leap in their consumption of resources. Don't know if this helps, or is merely a symptom of whatever is ailing my poor comp. I know I'm in line behind others, just thought I'd add. Additional information is never a bad thing. Thanks again.

Problem has been fixed. After re-reviewing steps posted on other threads and with a plethora of anti-spyware utilities I've manage to find the infected .dll causing the problems and remove it. Unfortunately I've encountered another set of problems which I will be moving to another thread. Thanks for taking a look and feel free to delete this thread.
