Graphic Card Swap

I'm fixxen to swap out a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 for a ATI RADEON X1300, is this a good or bad thing? And are there any known issues using the ATI X1300 on a Dell Dimension 4600?
I'm doing the swap out in order to beable to play Blacksite area51, the ATI has the pixal shader.

    Good thing ! Ican't find any issues, but you might want to check what PSU is in the Dell.
