Software scrollers?

edited November 2003 in Science & Tech
My TVPC uses a "pointing device" which is built into the wireless keyboard. It would be really, really nice if I had some sort of a scroll function available, but I am without such a device built-in.

There are two buttons (for left and right click functions) as well as an analog pad for cursor movement. Is there some little app out there (or a Windows XP function) that will allow me to scroll a window up and down while say, holding down both buttons, or something similar?

Arrow keys or Page UP/Down? ;D Other than that, I dunno. Googled a bit and didn't find anything :(

Ever use a mouse with a 3rd button, and when you press the button, you get this scroll icon, and while holding down the button and moving the Y Axis, you can scroll the medium? Thats what I'm looking for.

Is there any way to change how this icon is triggered?

I haven't realy heard of a proggy that can do that =/ If you've got the $$$, you can upgrade to a Microsoft Wireless Intellimouse Explorer or it's Logitech counterpart.
