Removing RSS Feeds

Hello there,
Im sure this is something really simple but I cant work out how to remove RSS feed from windows vista. I have added a couple of my own but I dont want the standard ones that come already installed. The feed selecter will only let me pick one feed to display or all of them.
Can anyone help please.?
