Brightstor Arcserve Backup - Grayed-out media

Hey guys. I've been having this issue on an off, and I can't seem to find an answer. I'm hoping someone has dealt with it or can at least point me in the right direction.
We use Brightstor Arcserve Backup 11.5 SP3, and some of our media seems to randomly become grayed-out in the application. I've attached a picture to show this. I believe when this happens, Arcserve thinks the media doesn't exist any longer, as the job requesting that tape usually fails.
I can't seem to find an answer on this, because it's a hard set of terms to search for. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated.
