I managed to fix the same problem on my machine by reading this thread, thanks a lot guys
The file that causes the problem is:
C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Datastore\Logs\edb 0002.bat
It's just a simple bat file created by the exe file you executed which then executes thousands of shutdown commands on startup. No virus
To delete, just run your system in safe mode, go to C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Datastore\Logs\ and delete the
edb0002.bat
file.
