Win32.Trojandownloader.Zlob..help!!!

It has taken over my dell xps media edition m140 has this trojan.Ad-Aware SE found 11 traces of it it removed 8..But 3 remain but it will not remove this zlob ive tried multipul scans the dell laptop is hard to get anything to work because it disapears the desktop items..im told it can be removed manually im looking for some help on this issue ,,Thanks to all steve
