Screen flickers then pc reboots every time

When i start my pc its ok then after a few minutes the screen flickers then reboots every time with no blue screen has this happend to anyone else and how can i fix it

specs
asus m2n32 sli deluxe
amd dual core 5600+
2 gig ddr2 ocz ram gold edition
600 watts psu ultra x-infinity
8500 gt

    Hey some more info on the problem would help us diagnose it.

    First which of the following screens appear correctly when you start the computer (select all that apply)?

    [ ] Initial boot logo / bios post
    [ ] Hard drive detection screen
    [ ] Windows Booting
    [ ] Windows sign on

    There's 4 most likely culprits
    1) Ram, check this by using MEMtest http://www.memtest.org/ let it run a full test 7 or 8 times over (i.e. let it go for a good half hour).
    2) Power Supply, check variation voltages in bios or use a tool like Speedfan http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php
    3) Heat, monitor your temperatures using speedfan or similar program: http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php
    4) Software, -probably system restore time if so.

    Let us know about whether it full boots and try memtest right away, let us know the results :).

    Overheating? It's happened to me before, although it didn't last as long, it crashed after about 20 seconds. Make sure the cooling components are on properly.

    Other thing I can reccomend, if none of the above work do a Windows Repair- It doesn't delete your files, although it may reset some settings.
