Hi
My PC is extremely slow - scans show a number of possible problems. Have followed the Steps to Take procedure.

Currently running Norton Internet Security but will be changing to AVG Free.

Have downloaded Comodo Free Firewall - do I need to disable anything in Windows and if so how?

Attached are logs/reports from online scans along with HJT Log

Your help much appreciated

It seems it isn't a malware issue, your PC is clean. There is still something to do.

    Step 1

Please [SIZE=-1]open [/SIZE]HijackThis, and click the Do system scan only button.[SIZE=-1] When it finishes, checkmark this entry
    [/SIZE]
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://mysearch.myway.com/jsp/dellsidebar.jsp?p=DK

Close web browsers, and all other open windows/programs. Click Fix checked.

If you like to, you can also fix these unnecessary startup entries. Do it as above.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RealTray] C:\Program Files\Real\RealPlayer\RealPlay.exe SYSTEMBOOTHIDEPLAYER
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [OpwareSE2] "C:\Program Files\ScanSoft\OmniPageSE2.0\OpwareSE2.exe"

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [igfxtray] C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxtray.exe

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [igfxpers] C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxpers.exe

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QTTask.exe" -atboottime

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [swg] C:\Program Files\Google\GoogleToolbarNotifier\GoogleToolbarNotifier.exe

    O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-21-90743383-1485077984-1134421462-1006\..\Run: [swg] C:\Program Files\Google\GoogleToolbarNotifier\GoogleToolbarNotifier.exe (User 'Jace')

    Step 2

    Please download CCleaner.

If you don't want the Yahoo toolbar, be sure to uncheck that option when installing the software or update.
    • Launch CCleaner and under Options > Advanced > uncheck "Only delete files in Windows Temp folder older than 48 hours".
    • A pop up box will appear advising this process will permanently delete files from your system.
    • To protect logon cookies that you wish to retain, under Options > Cookies. Select and using the arrow move those cookies to the "Cookies to keep" column.
    • Then select the items you wish to clean up.
      • In the Windows Tab:
        • Clean all entries in the "Internet Explorer" section.
        • Clean all the entries in the "Windows Explorer" section.
        • Clean all entries in the "System" section.
        • Clean all entries in the "Advanced" section.
        • Clean any others that you choose.
      • In the Applications Tab:
      • Clean all in the Firefox/Mozilla section if you use it.
      • Clean all in the Opera section if you use it.
      • Clean Sun Java in the Internet Section.
      • Please UNcheck "Utilities" (i.e., Ad-Aware, ewido and other security program logs.)
    • Click the "Run Cleaner" button and it will scan and clean your system.
    • Click exit.
    • Shutdown/restart the computer.
