Recently I've just bought a Creative Zen Vision W and I've encountered problems when it comes to putting/copying files to/from the player. I'm getting a "The data is invalid" error message whenever I try to put anything inside the player's folders. I've talked to Creative's Tech Support about this, but they're really slow on the replies and I don't have access to my PC for most days. I'm wondering if you guys can help or shed some light on my current situation.
When I plug the media player to my USB port, I'm able to access the content inside but I can't do anything to them except delete them. I can't even create folders in the player and drag files already inside around. ALL filesizes in the player appear as 0KB on my PC. I've tried it over at my buddy's PC and the player works fine (meaning, I'm able to add files into the player). So I guess it's a problem with my own PC. i've tried reinstalling the drivers for the player but the problem's still there. Anyone knows what's going on or what I should do?
