Microsoft feeds synchronization has stopped

Hi all,

This has popped up on my desktop last night. does anybody know how to fix it. It offers to go on line to help but comes back with nothing.

I am using vista home premium

    Just to let people know I got this sorted out, well sort off I was left with no option but to reformat my system, so all is well now.
