Problem when startup

I got this problem that whenever i startup, a message will popup that QQzone.exe cannot be found, follow by another message stating to remove the registry or locate the file.
Futhermore, my C drive seem to be corrupted by the QQzone virus that when i double-clicked on it, it will show me a "open with" display to select. How could i manage this problem?

yea but after i remove the virus i cant seem to open c drive and everytime on startup there is popup stating that qqzone could not be found
