160mb internet in 2008?

<p>Today at the CES, Comcast let it be known that they plan on rolling out DOCSIS 3 broadband starting this year. Theoretically peaking at 160mb/s, the service outshines Verizon's FiOS by a factor of 3. </p>
<p>No mention on pricing, availability, or tiers... But "this year" is a lot closer than the "3-5 years away" that most of these announcements generally come in at.</p>

    Grrrr, comcast better start paying techs more then 28 bucks for installing modems in my area then!
