BSOD Vista :(

A colleague informs me his PC has blue screened 4 times in the last month - the most recent time literally just now.

When the pc rebooted you got the 'windows has recovered from a serious error etc' the 'error report' said the following
Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name:	BlueScreen
  OS Version:	6.0.6000.2.0.0.256.6
  Locale ID:	2057

Additional information about the problem:
  BCCode:	101
  BCP1:	00000061
  BCP2:	00000000
  BCP3:	82C6C120
  BCP4:	00000001
  OS Version:	6_0_6000
  Service Pack:	0_0
  Product:	256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
  C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini011008-01.dmp
  C:\Users\Tommy\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-24148-0.sysdata.xml
  C:\Users\Tommy\AppData\Local\Temp\WER98F4.tmp.version.txt

Read our privacy statement:

This means very little to me, and doesn't look overly helpful.

I consulted the 'critical' section of the event viewer, and it just said the system was restarted unexpectedly.

I havn't actually got to see the BSOD so I cant see what it says - I guess that could be the most help...

Any clues anyone?

Boy oh boy... Microsoft makes those BSOD Messages so easy to read.

Sorry but that is as crappy as an error message can be... :( No real information there.

Well, its a user who basically makes no changes - just does his work! - I checked and nothing extra is plugged in to the pc except a voip phone that has been plugged in for months - he wouldnt do any sort of software installs or anything himself...

Would the 'mini dump' file help - I looked and it meant nothing to me!

Renamed the file to a .doc as it wouldn't let me upload a .dmp file...
