BSOD Vista :(

A colleague informs me his PC has blue screened 4 times in the last month - the most recent time literally just now.
When the pc rebooted you got the 'windows has recovered from a serious error etc' the 'error report' said the following
This means very little to me, and doesn't look overly helpful.
I consulted the 'critical' section of the event viewer, and it just said the system was restarted unexpectedly.
I havn't actually got to see the BSOD so I cant see what it says - I guess that could be the most help...
Any clues anyone?

Sorry but that is as crappy as an error message can be... No real information there.
Would the 'mini dump' file help - I looked and it meant nothing to me!
