Graphics card won't allow High colour selection....
I have just set up an old PC for my uncle and I have put an old PCI graphics card in it because the onboard video chip is dodgy. However last night the graphics went from "High" colour to "Medium" colour and will only allow me to use high colour in the lowest screen res (800 x 600). Note: it seemed to be working fine earlier in the night with a higher sceen resolution.......
Any ideas why this might have happened? Drivers are the ones that came with XP and any that I have gotten from Drivers Guide are not considered to be a better match than the one I have installed.
