Sudden Errors affecting system performance

Today I just got a couple of errors after my system froze and I did a restart. The first error was a notice that "Data Execution Protection" closed Generic Host Process for Win32 Services
The second; svchost.exe - Application Error The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".
Click OK to terminate
Click cancel to debug
I know a little bit about DEP and it's function so this seems like maybe I should be very concerned. I have no idea what 0x00000000 is.
I've been having an impossible issue with the upgrade to McAfee security suite 7.0 since about Oct or Nov. The problem is with the firewall and I've tried everything McAfee could tell me to do. I was working with a guy in the McAfee support forums but it seems even he has ran out of possible fixes for me. I don't know that these 2 issues are related or not.
Can somebody please help me? I don't know that it's necessary but I've attached a hi jack this log for your review. Thank You for any time you can spare.

I've been trying to get back here to edit this since I posted it. I'm not sure if the 2 errors seem like an emergency or not. If those aren't emergency type issues then something else in my system is an issue. I froze up just after posting eventually tried to bail out with a restart. Seemed like it may have something to do with Outlook since that was the very next program I accessed. With all applications closed I selected "restart" and the system hung there for 30 minutes trying to close down. I eventually had to force the system to turn off by holding in the power button.
Also this didn't seem very relevant at the time but I took a co workers lap top home to determine what is in his system, determined it to be "ZLOB" which I will start attacking tonight based on the article posted here. We are both on the same wireless network could zlob have made it in to my computer through a wireless network?
Feel free to move my thread and scold me for my short sightedness if this not truly an emergency and of course accept my apologies.

Could be a problem with your ram based on the error message. Get memtest and test your system.

I don't have anything that will open .iso files and this computer has only 1 CD/DVD drive no 3.5 slot. Is there something safe and free that I could open .iso with?
