<p>As Canada goes through the growing pains of handling intellectual property rights, just as the US did in 2000 and is still attempting to wrangle, evil things are on the horizon. IP lobbyists in ye olde frozen north are pushing for the ISPs to be <a href="http://techdirt.com/articles/20080121/13395424.shtml">responsible</a> for the actions of their users.</p>

ISP will never be able to assure that all their users are doing only 'good' things. At least i hope so :P
I pay my internet bill every month and i will use it to do whatever i want to do with it
