EA has officially released the title of its next Battlefield game. "Battlefield Heroes" will be a free, online-only game featuring graphics that are cartoon-like in style.
Some have been skeptical and complain that Battlefield Heroes is just a WW2 version of Team Fortress 2, a Valve title released earlier this year that also uses cartoon-like graphics. Even so, one could easily argue that Team Fortress 2 is emanating the Serious Sam series, or any other game that has ever used cartoon-like graphics.
So not a BF3 but a free game we get to probably laugh at.
