WLAN Planning Software?

Does such software exist. I've looked on google and found some software that looks like it could work, but not sure as there weren't any trial downloads. How am I supposed to know if the software will work if there isn't some way for me make sure it does what I need it to.

I have a floorplan drawn in sketchup of the house for both levels so I need a program that can either import the file/image and I can set wall types and then simulate rf dispersion. Or, (would like to be able to do both) Get a card that could survey existing access points and make a coverage map of the house. I'm looking to strategically place 3 access points to get as much coverage as possible. It's kinda hard for me to visualize something that I can't see, so it'd be really nice to print out a report or something.

Anyone know of a piece of software or two that I can download a trial of, or even a free one?:D

Visio is the industry standard for network diagrams, andy. Look no further.

That looks amazing. Wow, I was doing the diagraming in inDesign. This should work MUCH better. I even think I can get visio from the university. does visio take walls into account when figuring wireless? Because from what I've read the walls attenuate the signals and absorb some of the signal too.

I did it manually so I'm not sure. I designed the store layout to scale, added fancy circles to the minimum range of a 802.11g router. Prime may know if there are more advanced ways to do the designing.
