Win32.AutoRun.aiv - results of spybot s&d

Just ran spybot s&d - turned up the usual few cokies etc, but also this rather nasty sounding thing:
It's added 3 registry keys - I did a quick Google on the name and not much turned up - what should I do? - Just let spybot delete it or what?
Description
Win32.AutoRun.aiv copies an executable file into the system directory, starts itself as a service "DE5BD8A7 ", "SYS1", "SYS", "SYS3" and restarts Windows without giving the user a possibility to cancel that process. It also connects to its malicious website and downloads additional executables.
